	5K Run/Walk/Bike and Mini-run Fundraising Event Come enjoy this family friendly, heart healthy 5K event or mini-run (0.7 miles) for a good cause and a free t-shirt (5K participants only)! Clark St. Julian Hall rm 205 by 4pm, Friday, September 4 When: Sunday, September 13th, 2009 at 2:30 pm (registration starts at 2:00pm) Where: At Prentis Park (across from the Sanford Clinic) Who: For anyone of all ages, shapes, sizes, and athletic ability in Vermillion, SD and surrounding area. Why: To raise money for The UP HILL Project, and to increase awareness and education about HIV and STI's in South Dakota. Extras: Aside from a free t-shirt for all 5K participants, there will be prizes, snacks, yoga stretches, a special guest speaker, and information about HIV/STI's. Cost: 5K pre-registration (ends 4pm on Sept 13th) - $12 (kids $8) 5K race day registration - $20 (kids $10) Mini-run - same cost as 5K (suitable for children, physically disabled, and others who cannot complete a 5K course) T-shirts separately w/out 5K registration - $10
